Do I have to tell my tenants about this new service or will CyberLynk?

With your approval, CyberLynk will gladly contact all of the tenants in your building.

How soon can I get my building wired?
|

Installation of the High Speed Internet Access and equipment takes about 3-4 weeks. Once installed, CyberLynk can deliver high-speed Internet access to any tenant in the building in about 3 days.

Is CyberLynk the only Internet access provider my tenants can use?
|

No, probably not. Tenants most likely have the choice of installing their own T1 (very expensive), cable or DSL may be available. DSL is distance sensitive so CyberLynk will have the greatest advantage if your building is far from your local telco central office. But a new CyberLynk service can be installed to new tenants in 2 or 3 days instead of 4 to 5 weeks and our pricing will probably be lower for the same speed if available by cable or DSL. CyberLynk can also Broadband Wireless instead of using a hard-wired circuit like the kind you would get from a telco.

Is CyberLynk's service secure and reliable?

Yes. CyberLynk service uses a reliable, "always-on" high speed link (1.5Mbps or greater) to deliver high-speed Internet access. CyberLynk also offers optional firewall protection along with several FREE services with each Internet Package.

What do I do if CyberLynks High Speed Internet connection goes down to our building?

CyberLynk monitors all of its circuits 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We'll likely be aware of any downed circuit and be working to repair it long before any of the tenants notice. Of course, you can always call us anytime of the day or night at 800-862-5965 to report any problems.

What happens if my tenants have problems with their service in the future?

CyberLynk will support all tenants. Your tenants can call our toll-free service number at 800.862.5965 24 hours a day, seven days a week for assistance.

What if none of my tenants want the service right now?
|

As long as the CyberLynk equipment is installed, we can deliver Internet access to a tenant in as little as 2-3 days.

What is the service termination policy?
|

Tenants must submit, in writing, a 60-day cancellation notice unless stated otherwise in their contract.

Who buys the equipment that goes in the tenants' offices?
|

The tenant will pay for the equipment that goes in their office. Typically, though, as a benefit for your existing tenants we will provide free hardware and installation for tenants who subscribe to the service when we first roll out the service in your building.

Who will actually hook up the tenants' connections? Do I have to?

A CyberLynk technician will install all the tenants' equipment.

Will all of my tenants want this service?

Honestly, "yes", once they realize how fast and cost effective the service is. CyberLynk prides it self with offering value based services, every Business package CyberLynk includes a suite of FREE services from domain/email hosting to dialup accounts.

Will any of my tenants NOT be able to get this service?

The service is scalable so it should be available to all tenants. If needed we can increase the capacity of the high speed link to your building to accommodate more tenants later on.

Will service installation disrupt my buildings and tenants?
|

No. Installation is quick and easy. Our equipment is small and does not require a lot of space either in your phone room or in your tenant's suite. CyberLynks professional installers will install cable to each tenant requiring Internet access; this process only takes several hours for most jobs.
